Speaker: But one of the greatest issues you have with outsourcing is depending on what you are outsourcing people who are doing the people who are running the program. The people who are shall we say at the keyboards whatever it happens to be are removed from the company. So firstly that generally doesn't get the culture of your company.
Secondly to that mix just a job a separate dumped you outsource application development it's better to fight back the little or Poland or whatever happens to be or service transformation which is of this country. What you want you'll do is you will give them a scope from the state right guys. Now you've got to do ABC B and B and they will be a b c big any and they'll do it probably cheek by the whoever else we've got. You know they probably do it cheaper than the people who were there originally but the problem that they will see is quite a tactical world.
So depending on the type of relationship that you want when the suppliers and second an organization is going to be cultural change if they want tactical relationships outsourcing is absolutely fine because you just hiring a body to do something. However as an organization underthings a large scale digital transformation with some company and it's down to the individual company and individual customer some customers might say look I want you to do it.
Initially, we'd like you to do a tactical job for us just do ABC. But the best companies that get the best result are the ones in the segment we want you to do a tactical job for us. I do ABC Disney sits at your computer and do that. But the nice companies get the best results and the ones at that time. However, if Hughes thinks that there is a better way for us to do it.
If you have a better if you think you have a better idea we'd love to hear it. So in that particular case, you haven't been saying what's for outsourcing coming. The people who are doing the job typically act tactically but if the customer is able to put something into the contract with the supplier saying look if this is what we're doing but this is our vision and our documents miss what you're helping us with.
But if you think you have a better way of doing it if you have a better idea or whatever happens to me bring those to us and then we will give you a bonus if we like the ideas and we endorse them we will give you a bonus. In addition to that you know you can also put in a lot of interesting things you sort of put in a contract. If there's a cheaper way for you to do it if there's a more efficient way for you to do it if there's a faster way for you to do it well whatever happens to me. We will give you a bonus.
Now you can call those performance bonuses or whatever it happens to be. But this is where I did the relationships that work best are the right relationships but where there is a true partnership where both companies are actually invested with each other.
